STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern all sales and services provided by Lok & Hang Co. By engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms, which supersede any previous agreements. Any deviation from these terms must be expressly agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 working days unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in a fixed interest charge of 10% on the overdue amount. Lok & Hang Co. reserves the right to suspend all services without prior notice in the event of late payment.

3. Debt Recovery

If payment remains overdue for more than 60 days, Lok & Hang Co. reserves the right to use a debt recovery service. All legal fees incurred for debt recovery will be the responsibility of the client.

4. Withholding Taxes

Certain countries may impose withholding taxes on invoices per local tax regulations. Clients are responsible for paying any withholding taxes directly to the tax authorities. The total amount due to Lok & Hang Co. remains unchanged by such taxes and must be paid in full.

5. Service Performance

Lok & Hang Co. will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality services within the agreed timeframes. However, we do not guarantee specific results, and our obligations do not extend to outcomes beyond our control. Lok & Hang Co. cannot be held liable in the event of damages claims made against the client by third parties, including end consumers.

6. Claims

Any claims regarding the services provided by Lok & Hang Co. must be submitted in writing to our registered office via recorded delivery within 8 days from the date the service is rendered or goods delivered.

7. Governing Law

All agreements and relations between Lok & Hang Co. and the client will be governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
